Reservation, payment and cancellation policy
The booking is considered confirmed and binding only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 40% of the total stay, to be paid within 24 hours of confirmation. If payment is not received, the booking will be considered unconfirmed.
Modifications
Any modifications are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments. The Property reserves the right to refuse modifications that may affect availability or the organization of the Property.
Cancellations
- Up to 31 days before arrival: deposit refunded minus €20.00 administrative fee.
- From 30 days before arrival until the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
Payment
The balance for the stay and any extras must be paid before departure. Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, and cash within legal limits.
Notes
- Minimum stay: two nights.
- Only Italian-style breakfast is included.
- Tourist tax and any extras must be paid at the Property.
- It is recommended to take out travel insurance with cancellation coverage.
