Reservation, payment and cancellation policy

The reservation shall be considered confirmed and binding only upon receipt of the payment confirmation for the required deposit, which must be paid within 24 hours of the booking. The payment receipt must be sent to booking@portorafael.it. If the payment is not made within the specified timeframe and the corresponding payment receipt is not received, the reservation will be automatically considered unconfirmed.

Modifications
Any modifications are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments. The Property reserves the right to refuse modifications that may affect availability or the organization of the Property.

Cancellations

• Up to 31 days before arrival: deposit refunded minus €20.00 administrative fee.
• From 30 days before arrival until the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

Payment
The balance for the stay and any extras must be paid before departure. Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, and cash within legal limits.

Notes

• Minimum stay: two nights.
• Only Italian-style breakfast is included.
• Tourist tax and any extras must be paid at the Property.
• It is recommended to take out travel insurance with cancellation coverage.
